Loved the room, the staff, the activities especially river float with Louis, breakfast by the river with the birds. Iguanas, armadillos and many bird sightings on the location, large pool and jacuzzi. It was truly a wonderful experience staying here.

the staff is very friendly, the property is huge. there’s even a stable where our daughter could do horse riding. the food is good. the jacuzzi is hot but unfortunately bubbles are broken and don’t seem to be fixed. there are two kids pools and one half Olympic pool, so it’s nice for families. family suits are good, but I would recommend to take the junior suite superior if you like a bit more luxury.

The check in experience was outstanding. In general Im very satisfied with the Rooms, Restaurant and Pool. The beds are very comfortable and the staff was super kind and happy.

We saw fantastic creatures at the property including iguanas, howler monkeys from our balcony, red eyed frogs and a great variety of birds. We loved being able to watch the birds at breakfast and the breakfast choices were very good.

The superior room was new big and beautiful the beds were soo comfortable and spotless, these room big enough for family of four ( it was only two of us)

Lovely resort with lush garden, view on the river with some wildlife. Nice pool and jacuzzi to relax after busy days visiting Arenal area attractions.

Breakfast was great, buffet style, everyday fresh and delicious. Staff were professional and polite. The hotel is located in a lovely piece of land by a river. The gardens are meticulously taken care of.

Beautiful and luxury resort, very comfortable, with many facilities. It is next to a river and you can observe animals, birds. Very well maintained. Breakfast was excellent.

This hotel was a perfect getaway. The room was a good size with good facilities. The breakfast was ok but the evening meals were delicious and at a reasonable price. The best thing about this hotel is the location...it’s teaming with wildlife. You don’t need to go to the national parks...they have it all here in abundance. We saw sloths, crocs, iguanas and an amazing array of birds.
